We specialize in single-family homes in niche areas of downtown San Antonio. Our deals include both fix-and-flip projects and long-term rental investments, each structured to provide strong returns while mitigating risk.
Your investment is secured by a first-position lien on the property, meaning you have the highest priority in case of any legal claims. This ensures that your investment is protected by tangible real estate assets.
Returns vary depending on the deal structure, but our typical returns range from 8% to 12% annually, with some projects offering higher returns based on the risk profile and market conditions.
